Hootclothing was started by several students at FAU, who one day wanted an easy solution to getting their favorite school gear. FAU has different campuses and to find the clothing you need with the right style is hard to do especially as a busy college student. We wanted to make the shopping experience quick and easy for students all over South Florida that attend FAU. We like to make our clothing a little more trendy than the normal, standard shirts you would see at the bookstore. Those shirts are plain and give your outfit no style to show off around campus.

Brick and mortar stores become less relevant due to the online shopping trend that emerges in 2016. Online shopping is predicted to increase by 45% in 2016 in the US according to smartinsights.com. Most sales are done through mobile devices, almost 70% people access these sales through a mobile device. We know that omni channel is the new norm, when we know millennials are always using different devices. We hope to launch an App to accomodate customers using their mobile device in the year to come. This is an exciting time for e-commerce and Hootclothing would let to get ahead of the game at FAU by serving all students and alumni of this great university!
